GENERAL RULES
- All students should carry the calendar provided by the school with them every day when they attend the school.
- It is compulsory for every student to come to the School in full uniform as prescribed by the School.
- Minimum age limit for admission as on 31st December are as follows :
Nursery 3 + Years
Jr. K. G 4 + Years
Sr. K. G 5 + Years
Std I 6 + Years
- Pupils cannot be admitted to other classes without a Leaving Certificate from a recognize School and if from State other than Maharashtra, the Leaving Certificate should be duly counter signed by the Education Officer of the division in which the School is situated.
- A pupil who desires to join the School from home or from an a recognized School must produce the official Birth Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form such pupils are subjected to an entrance examination held at the beginning of the academic year and admitted subject to the approval of the Department.
WITHDRAWALS
- Notice of withdrawals should be given only by the parents or guardians before the fifteenth of the month or else the fees for the following month will be charged before a Leaving Certificate is issued. Those who leave in March must pay their fees for April and May also.
- The Leaving Certificate will be issued only after a week from the date of application. Under no circumstances the Leaving Certificate will be issued earlier than the period specified. “No Dues” certificate will be obtained by the child/ guardian from Library-in- charge. Lab-in-charge and sports-in-charge before the Leaving Certificate is issued.
ABSENCE AND LEAVE
- Leave the absence can be granted by the Principal alone.
- No Students should be absent from the School without any valid reasons. Absence note must be given in the calendar by the parent guardian and that is to be approved by the Principal/Headmistress before entering the class.
